FLEXICUBE
FlexiCUBE models include an integrated DC drain pump, enabling flexible placement of the ice maker, regardless of drain position or height. Thanks to this, project owners can rearrange existing kitchen and bar setups, within a distance of 15 meters and a height of 1.5 meter.
ULTRACUBE
The UltraCUBE includes all the features of the Cube model, along with added enhancements for optimized hygiene. Hoshizaki’s innovative UV cleaning mechanism uses UV-light flashes to inhibit harmful contamination of the water tank and standing water, ensuring even safer, cleaner ice.
ELITCUBE
The EliteCube combines all the features of the Cube model, along with added enhancements for optimized hygiene and extended flexibility. It is equipped with Hoshizaki’s innovative UV cleaning mechanism using UV-light flashes to inhibit harmful contamination of the water tank and standing water, ensuring safer, cleaner ice.

PERFECT SHAPE
Each cube is made individually by a dedicated spray of fresh water within a closed cell to achieve the highest possible compactness of an ice cube with the perfectly precise square shape.
PERFECT DILUTION
During the freezing process, the cell walls block the freezing water’s expansion from all sides. This makes Hoshizaki ice cubes so exceptionally compact and hard, that they provide the exact rate of dilution needed for cocktails and long drinks.
